Examples:

I'm in shock... - used when something happens that is so surprising or upsetting that you feel confused, stunned, or unable to react right away
Examples:
I’m in shock after hearing the news about the accident.

I'm at a loss for words... - used when something happens that is so surprising, amazing, or emotional that you don't know what to say
Examples:
I’m at a loss for words when I saw the beautiful painting.
