Body actions are any movements of the body that communicates or emphasizes meaning.
1. to lift
- to move something from a lower to a higher position
2. to pack
- to put something into a bag, box, etc
3. to push
- to use physical pressure or force, especially with your hands, in order to move something into a different position, usually one that is farther away from you
4. to crawl
- to move along on hands and knees or with your body stretched out along a surface
5. to pull
- to move something toward yourself, sometimes with great physical effort
6. to catch
- to take hold of something, especially something that is moving through the air
7. to kick
- to hit someone or something with the foot, or to move the feet and legs suddenly and violently
8. to taste
- to put food or drink in your mouth to find out what flavor it has
9. to blow
- to move and make currents of air, or to be moved or make something move on a current of air
10. to whisper
- to speak very quietly, using the breath but not the voice, so that only the person close to you can hear you
