This is a tool I've been using for a few months– it's very, very simple, but extremely effective in changing patterns in your behavior and changing patterns in your life, and it's a very simple concept, which is "dos and don'ts." So open the notepad on your device, the note app, create a new note, and title it "daily." So every day, "daily." Go down two lines and type the word "Do" and then colon, and then go down two more lines and type the word "Don't" and then colon. And then it's up to all of you to figure out what goes in the dos and don'ts.

PART II - AUDIO 🎧 AND SCRIPT 📄
