So when you're building a company full of entrepreneurs who are building tools for entrepreneurs, the future is actually in every single one of those individual heads that work at Square, and their job is to distribute it to the company to show why it's meaningful, to show why we should change the course of the company or change the course of the product for it.

Our mission at Square is pretty simple: it's "make commerce easy." It's one I'm very, very proud of, and it's one that really has a lot of meaning in every single one of its words. Every word in this mission tells for us we are a group of people that loves making things- we don't just love the end product: we love the process, we love the work of getting there. We are craftsmen and we are craftswomen because we love working together and we love working on these things and seeing them in the world.
