Sample Answer:
One day, the CEO of a hotel was talking with his secretary in his office. His secretary was showing him the magazine where it listed the rankings of hotels for that year, and he saw that his hotel was ranked third. He said they needed to improve their rank. The next day, the CEO was speaking with a salesperson in his office. He was looking through a catalogue of hotel-room items for sale, and the salesperson was recommending him some luxurious cotton towels, saying it's their best-seller. The CEO looked interested in buying them. Two weeks later, the bellboy was escorting a guest to her hotel room. The woman was holding the towel and she looked very happy about it. After 2 more weeks, a staff member was talking to the owner. He was reporting to the CEO that guests were taking the hotel towels home with them.
